For decades, patients with anisometropia and antimetropia have been underserved by conventional eyewear, forced to live with discomfort, imbalance and compromised vision. Conventional eyewear corrects refractive error but rarely addresses the critical mismatch in image size. This leaves patients struggling with headaches, visual suppression and unreliable depth perception.

Equilibrium changes that reality.

Equilibrium Ophthalmic Lenses are not just another solution. They are a revolutionary innovation in iseikonic design, powered by Image Stabilizer Technology, created to restore natural balance to your vision. Patients finally experience a world where both eyes work in harmony, free from the distortions and limitations of traditional solutions.

Technology behind Equilibrium

At the core of Equilibrium is a proprietary visual calculation engine that finely balances the way each lens interacts with the eye. Unlike conventional lenses that only correct prescription strength, Equilibrium goes further by incorporating precise adjustments that bring image size, clarity and visual comfort into alignment, allowing the brain to fuse both images seamlessly, restoring binocular vision.

With this iseikonic design, Equilibrium introduces its breakthrough Image Stabilizer Technology. Each lens is meticulously engineered to perfectly balance and align the images from both eyes, eliminating subtle distortions and visual strain. By fine-tuning magnification, lens curvature, and thickness, it ensures every movement of your eyes stays smooth, your depth perception remains natural, and every detail is crisp and stable.

The result is vision that feels truly effortless, immersive, and harmonious. A lens that doesn’t just correct your sight, but elevates it. With Equilibrium, your eyes experience clarity and comfort like never before, day after day.

What is Anisometropia and Antimetropia?

Anisometropia arises when each eye requires a significantly different prescription, causing the brain to receive images of unequal sizes. This mismatch results in aniseikonia, a distortion that can trigger headaches, eye strain and binocular confusion as the brain struggles to merge both images into one coherent view. In severe cases, the brain may even suppress the image from the stronger eye, leading to poor depth perception and a constant sense of imbalance.

Antimetropia is a unique form of anisometropia, where one eye is myopic (nearsighted) and the other is hyperopic (farsighted). This creates conflicting signals: the myopic eye favors near vision, while the hyperopic eye favors distance vision. The brain is forced into a constant tug of war between the two, often causing visual fatigue, unstable clarity and persistent strain throughout the day.

With Equilibrium, you no longer need to settle for discomfort or compromise. Say goodbye to eye strain, suppression and imbalance. Say hello to stable, comfortable and natural vision that finally feels in perfect sync.
